In August 2014, ECP provided NCSG with 2nd lien bond acquisition financing from its Mezzanine Opportunities Fund. NCSG is one of the largest fully operated and maintained crane and heavy haul companies in North America with a leading presence across the Western Canadian oil & gas markets. ECP’s original investment has been restructured, such that ECP now has an influential role in managing strategic decisions of the business.
