Mr. Flaherty is an Associate at ECP. Prior to joining ECP in 2026, Mr. Flaherty was an Investment Banking Analyst in the Power, Utilities & Infrastructure Group at RBC Capital Markets, where he advised clients on M&A and financing transactions across the power and infrastructure sectors.

Mr. Flaherty received a B.S. in Management with concentrations in Finance and Entrepreneurship from the Carroll School of Management at Boston College.
