Mr. Cundiff is a Counsel at ECP. Prior to joining ECP in 2026, Mr. Cundiff was an Associate at Kirkland & Ellis LLP, where he advised private equity clients on fund formation matters.

 

Mr. Cundiff received a B.A. in Political Science from the University of Akron and a J.D. From the Wake Forest University School of Law.
