Mr. Kan is a Vice President at ECP and is a member of ECP’s Compliance Committee as well as an observer on the ESG Committee.

Prior to joining ECP in 2019, Mr. Kan was an Analyst in the Restructuring Group at Guggenheim Partners.

Mr. Kan received a B.S. in Finance and Investments from Baruch College.
