Mr. Fraser is a Counsel at ECP. Prior to joining ECP in 2026, Mr. Fraser was a Senior Associate at the law firm of White & Case LLP based in the New York office and a member of the Global Mergers and Acquisitions Group. Mr. Fraser’s practice focused on the representation of public and private companies, private equity funds and their portfolio companies on various corporate transactions and matters.

Mr. Fraser received an LL.B. and a Postgraduate Diploma in Professional Legal Practice from The University of Edinburgh School of Law. Mr. Fraser is admitted to practice in England & Wales.
