Ms. Shah is a Payroll & Benefits Manager at ECP. Prior to joining ECP in 2026, she held the same position at Schroders' New York office where she has managed multi-country payroll and benefits operations, including wellness initiatives, across the United States, Canada, Argentina, Brazil, Colombia, Chile, and Mexico.

Ms. Shah holds a Bachelor of Science in Accounting from M.S. University in India and a Master of Business Administration in Finance from South Gujarat University in India.
