Mr. Hilditch is an Associate at ECP. Prior to joining ECP in 2026, Mr. Hilditch was an Investment Banking Analyst in the Power, Utilities & Infrastructure Group at Moelis & Company. Previously, he was an Investment Banking Analyst in the Power & Utilities Group at Scotiabank.

Mr. Hilditch received a Bachelor of Commerce in Finance and Management, with a minor in Economics, from the University of Toronto's Rotman Commerce program.
