Kaoru Homma

Vice President - Investor Relations

Ms. Homma is a Vice President – Investor Relations at ECP, where she is involved in the firm’s investor relations, marketing, fundraising and public relations activities focused on Japan.

Prior to joining ECP in 2026, Ms. Homma worked at StepStone Group, where she was a Vice President in the Business Development team focusing on providing customized investment solutions and client services to Japanese institutional investors across the infrastructure, private equity, private credit and real estate space. Previously, Ms. Homma served on the Institutional Sales team at Schroders where she covered financial institutions in the Japanese market. Before that, Ms. Homma worked at Goldman Sachs in the Global Markets Division as a member of the Equity and Fund Derivatives Structuring team. She began her career at Goldman Sachs Asset Management, where she was responsible for client reporting and account management.


Ms. Homma holds a B.A. in Foreign Studies and International Relations from Sophia University in Tokyo.
