Mr. Perez is a Director of Tax at ECP. Prior to joining ECP in 2025, Mr. Perez was a Senior Manager at Deloitte Tax LLP, where he covered many clients in the Investment Management space, in areas from federal tax compliance to information reporting and withholding.

Mr. Perez received a B.A. in Accounting from the State University of New York at Buffalo. He is a Certified Public Accountant.
