Phil Casparius

Managing Director – Investor Relations

Mr. Casparius is a Managing Director – Investor Relations at ECP, where he is involved in the firm’s investor relations, marketing, fundraising and public relations activities as well as the wealth management business.

Prior to joining ECP in 2023, Mr. Casparius was a Senior Managing Director and Head of Global Financial Institutions at Manulife and John Hancock Investment Management. Previously he was a Managing Director and Head of Wealth Management Distribution Americas for UBS Asset Management. He also spent 15 years at Morgan Stanley as a Managing Director and served in a number of senior management roles.

Mr. Casparius serves on the Board of Visitors of the Welch College of Business & Technology at Sacred Heart University, which provides guidance and oversight with the mission, curricula and marketing efforts. He also serves on the Board of Directors for Staples Tuition Grants, which provides need-based grants for undergraduate and vocational school, as well as being a member of the finance committee. Mr. Casparius received a B.S. in Journalism and Public Relations from the Lake School of Journalism at Northeastern University.
