Mr. Burke is an Operating Partner at ECP and currently serves as Chairman of the Board of Biffa. Prior to joining ECP in 2023, Mr. Burke was CEO and Chairman of the Board of Advanced Disposal (NYSE : ADSW). Mr Burke took ADSW public in 2016 and then led the sale of the business to Waste Management in 2020. Mr. Burke has more than 35 years of operational and senior leadership experience in the environmental sector.

Mr. Burke received a BA in Political Science from Randolph Macon College.
