Steve Demeraski

Principal

Mr. Demeraski is a Principal at ECP. He is involved in all areas of the Firm’s investment activities, with particular emphasis on environmental infrastructure and renewables. Mr. Demeraski serves on the boards of Anza Renewables and Convergent. Previously, he served on the board of Symmetry Energy Solutions.

Prior to returning to ECP in 2022, Mr. Demeraski was a Vice President at NOVA Infrastructure where he focused on energy, digital infrastructure, environmental services, and transportation investment opportunities. Previously, Mr. Demeraski was an Associate for three years at ECP and an Analyst for two years at Perella Weinberg Partners in the Energy & Industrials Group. Mr. Demeraski began his career as an analyst in the Energy Investment Banking Group at SunTrust Robinson Humphrey.

Mr. Demeraski received a B.A. in Economics & Chemistry from The University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill.
