Natural gas power generation fleet totaling 2.5 GW of reliable capacity

With PJM projected to face some of the tightest reserve margins in the country, driven by accelerated load growth from datacenter buildout, electrification of vehicles, and onshoring of manufacturing, there is a clear economic signal for dispatchable generation. Cornerstone’s scale and flexibility positions it as a critical source of dependable generation in a market with a growing need for reliable capacity.

Cornerstone Generation is a 2.5 GW natural gas power generation portfolio compromised of two baseload combined-cycle plants and one peaking facility: Waterford (905 MW gas CCGT in Ohio), Lawrenceburg (1,171 MW gas CCGT in Indiana) and Darby (472 MW gas peaker in Ohio). The fleet provides reliable, dispatchable power into the PJM market and benefits from advantaged fuel supply.
